About Mathematics Department

The department was established in1998. It is dedicated to impart high quality education in Mathematics.

It offers three programmes M.P.C(mathematics, Physics and Chemistry),M.P.Cs(Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science), M.E.IOT (Mathematics, Electronics and Internet Of Things ) in three year (Six semesters) B.Sc Programme under the Choice Based Credit System(CBCS)

Every year department conducts several competitions like Quiz, Elocution, Essay writing on the eve of birth anniversary of the great Indian Mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan.

From the academic year 2020-2021 department of mathematics has started Post Graduation.

Programme M.Sc (Master of Science).Faculty members are actively participated in Faculty development programme, workshops, Refresher Course, Orientation Course, SWAYAM certificate courses also.

We adopted various methods of teaching and learning using ICT tools to motivate our students and to enhance their knowledge on mathematics.

The department encourages participation of students in curricular and cocurricular activities to build all-round development in them.
